Why won’t Mehta, Singh or Rivera debate Flanagan?

Republican U.S. Senate candidate Tricia Flanagan has challenged her opponents to a debate.  As of this writing neither Mehta, Singh or Rivera have accepted (I realize Anagnos is also in the race but I don’t believe he’s a serious candidate).  The NJGOP will not offer a platform for the candidates to debate. Is Tricia Flanagan the only U.S. Senate candidate who believes that New Jersey voters deserve a chance to compare candidates issue by issue?  Why will New Jersey’s Republican political bosses not encourage the candidates to debate?

NJGOP launches petition to save the gig economy.

Trenton, NJ – The fix is in! Governor Murphy and legislative Democrats are fast-tracking a law that will upend the lives of hundreds of thousands of New Jersey businesses and families  The law prevents independent contractors from working for businesses unless the contractor is hired as an official employee of the business.  The move will generate millions in new taxes, proving it’s just another Democratic tax grab at the expense of New Jersey’s hard working families.  (NOTE:  The Informed Conservative published an article on this last week.  Read the article HERE).

Republicans had reason to celebrate in New Jersey Tuesday night.

While Democrats still hold a majority in New Jersey Republicans had reason to celebrate on Tuesday night and Democrat State Senate President Steve Sweeney slammed Democrat Governor Phil Murphy.  After Murphy told reporters that Democrat wins in lower-tier races and tight races in competitive State Assembly districts amounted to a successful night for Democrats saying “the party is stronger than before without question” Sweeney replied “Are you kidding me?” .  Sweeney told NJ Advance Media “Really? How do you spin that? It wasn’t a good day.  This is the first net loss in the Senate in a decade. You can spin it however you want. We lost”.

Trenton, NJ – Next week, the Democrat controlled New Jersey Legislature will hold a special voting session to change the State’s vote-by-mail laws. Earlier last week, Democrat Secretary of State Tahesha Way ruled that voters who requested VBM in 2017 and 2018 must reapply if they want mail-in ballots for the November general election. That angered the State’s Democratic legislative leaders, who’ve been trying for years to rig the State’s election process and perpetuate their majority.
