Republican U.S. Senate candidate Tricia Flanagan has challenged her opponents to a debate. As of this writing neither Mehta, Singh or Rivera have accepted (I realize Anagnos is also in the race but I don’t believe he’s a serious candidate). The NJGOP will not offer a platform for the candidates to debate. Is Tricia Flanagan the only U.S. Senate candidate who believes that New Jersey voters deserve a chance to compare candidates issue by issue? Why will New Jersey’s Republican political bosses not encourage the candidates to debate?
The Camden County Republican Committee announced this week that it had given the line to U.S. Senate candidate Rik Mehta. Camden County joined 3 of New Jersey’s 21 counties in giving Mehta the line. In its press release the Camden County GOP called Mehta an “excellent U.S. Senate candidate ” and said he “has a keen grasp of the issues voters care about”. Let’s not forget the Camden County GOP also endorsed Vincent Squire for Camden County Freeholder in 2018 before later disavowing him.
To say that our nation is in a Democrat induced crisis is an understatement. The House is focused on impeaching President Trump because they know they cannot beat him at the polls in 2020. Healthcare costs continue to skyrocket thanks to the Affordable Care Act. We continue to have an emergency at our southern border. America is in an opioid crisis. Our nation is in a moral decline. Americans are divided more than ever before thanks to radical Liberalism. President Trump is working hard for America despite having to fight for the future of our nation as Democrats hold impeachment hearings. Our economy and job market are breaking records. America has it’s testicular fortitude back on the world stage. But what is U.S. Senator Cory Booker (D, NJ) focused on?

My Name is Tricia Flanagan, and I’m the Republican candidate running to represent the People of New Jersey in the United States Senate.
A press release posted this morning on Insider NJ referred to Hirsh Singh as the “front-runner for U.S. Senate in 2020”. The release also called Singh “the” Republican candidate clearly forgetting that there are at least 3 other candidates in the race. The release left me wondering what Singh is the front-runner in? Front-runner in living in his parent’s basement? Front-runner in losing multiple prior elections? Front-runner in hiding from the voters (I’ve rarely heard him speak publicly nor have I heard him speak on issues important to New Jerseyans)? I’m wondering if in his next release Singh will simply skip the 2020 election and declare himself Senator?
Back in March I asked “Where are Murphy, Menendez, Booker ad other New Jersey Democrats in the case of Joe Guidice?”. Guidice is being held in an ICE detention center awaiting a final decision on his deportation to Saronno Italy. Meanwhile Governor Murphy and his appointed Attorney General have doubled down on their efforts to protect criminal illegal immigrants in New Jersey, refuse to allow New Jersey law enforcement to cooperate with ICE, allotted $3.5 million in tax payer funding to the legal defense of criminal illegal immigrants, allotted $4 million in tax payer funding to the education of illegal immigrants, want to give driver licenses to illegal immigrants and the list goes on. Joe Guidice was born in Italy but was brought to the U.S. by his parents when he was a year old and raised in New Jersey. Why are Murphy and other New Jersey Democrats not coming to his defense? Are Italians not a large enough voting bloc for New Jersey Democrats?
Congressman and Presidential candidate Cory Booker (D-New Jersey) seems to leave very little question as to where his priorities lie. As a voter you’d like to think that Booker’s loyalty lies with the people who elected him and he swore to represent but he seems more focused on criminal illegal aliens and allowing drug dealers to enter the United States.
I am not a fan of the Real Housewives of New Jersey and probably would not know the name Joe Giudice if it were not for his legal issues. What I do know that Guidice was set to be released from prison on March 14, 2019 but is being held on an immigration detainer as his appeal on his deportation order makes it’s way through the court system. That appeal process could take up to a year. This leaves me wondering why we have not heard from Murphy, Menendez, Booker or other New Jersey Democrats on the Joe Guidice case. Guidice has been in the U.S. for 45-years and has a wife and children in New Jersey. Murphy has allotted $2.1 million for the legal defense of illegal immigrants facing detention or deportation in New Jersey. Why are New Jersey Democrats not stepping in to help Guidice?
Last week on the Informed Conservative Blog we talked about New Jersey’s efforts to “legalize” marijuana, New Jersey’s hypocritical Democratic leadership, illegal immigrant students in New Jersey’s public schools, failed Camden County Freeholder and Pennsauken Township Committee candidate Vincent Squire continuing his con job, and we asked if New Jersey Republicans are mad yet. On the Informed Conservative Podcast our guest was Terry Beck who is leading the effort to recall Governor Murphy.
On Episode 2 of the Informed Conservative Podcast we talked about the NJGOP Statewide Leadership Summit in Atlantic City on March 1st and 2nd, The March on Trenton on March 26th, we asked why New Jersey Governor Murphy hates the Jersey Shore, will the new $15 minimum wage cause businesses to close and jobs and business to leave New Jersey, we talked about New York’s current budget deficit being a glimpse into the future of New Jersey, Democrats in New Jersey trying to give Cory “Spartacus” Booker an unobstructed path to the White House, we asked why conservatives in New Jersey are not angry and speaking out, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez’s belief that it’s better to be morally correct than factually correct, a college newspaper story entitled “White boys should not be allowed to talk” we wished our best to Jersey guy Artie Lange as he fights his drug addiction and more.
