Murphy Recall Petition is approved by the State of New Jersey.

After initially facing challenges the Phil Murphy Recall Petition has formally been approved by the State of New Jersey.  “The Phil Murphy Recall Petition is officially approved by the State of New Jersey,” the Recall Phil Murphy Facebook page posted on Thursday.

The initiative now needs the signatures of 25% of registered voters in New Jersey, almost 1.5 million signatures, to trigger a recall election.  If the petition is successful and a recall election takes place the Governor would have to be defeated in that election.

There are some in the media who believe an effort to recall Murphy is a waste of time and the mountain is too steep to climb.  I disagree.  Regardless if the effort is successful it is bringing Murphy’s failures to the forefront and bringing New Jersey together to oppose Murphy’s destructive agenda.   The effort to defeat Murphy in 2021 must start now and this recall petition is an excellent place to start.

Information on the petition’s progress and how to sign will be provided on the Recall Phil Murphy Facebook page.
