The Pennsauken Department of Parks and Recreation and the Pennsauken Youth Action Committee will be holding their annual Halloween home decorating contest. Judging will be between the hours of 7:00 PM and 9:000 PM on Oct. 22nd and 23rd. Prizes are $100 for 1st place, $75 for 2nd place and $50 for 3rd place.
